Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
The Provider fails to attend the booking.
The service is not delivered as described or agreed.
The booking is cancelled by QuickFix or the Provider.
Overpayments or duplicate charges.
Dissatisfaction claims: evaluated case by case based on evidence (photos/videos, chat logs, Provider notes).
Please report quality issues within 24 hours of service completion.
Not eligible: Services arranged or paid off-platform (outside the QuickFix app/website).
Online payments (card/wallet/bank): Refunded to the original payment method.
Cash payments (if available): Refunded as QuickFix Wallet credit, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Timelines depend on your bank/payment gateway and may vary.
Completed services delivered as agreed.
Cancellation/no-show fees (where applicable).
Administrative/transaction fees already incurred.
If you see an unauthorized or incorrect charge:
Contact info@quickfixqatar.com immediately.
Provide booking ID and proof of payment.
We’ll investigate and, if eligible, process the refund.
For events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies, government directives), penalties are waived. You may reschedule or receive a refund where appropriate, depending on the situation and service status at the time of disruption.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Where Qatari law requires otherwise, local regulations will prevail.
